4)Features of different tooling for plastic blister
a. Plaster tooling: low cost and easy modification, precision is not good enough, surface is not smooth enough, it is often used for sample making, copper tooling making and small lot of plastic blister material
b. Aluminum tooling: highest cost, high precision, smooth surface and durable for using, it is used for plastic blister material requring high precision which copper tooling nomally can't meet.
c. Electroplated copper tooling: relatively higher cost than plaster tooling, smooth surface and durable for use, it is most often used tooling.
