The cause and solution for fragile and easy cracking plastic part
The cause is that too much regrinded plastic scraps(e.g. runner) is mixed with plastic raw material or the plastic material perished due to it stay too long time in the feed pipe, the molded plastic part is fragile and easily become cracked.
Solution: Increase mixing proporiton of the plastic raw material, reduce the recycling times of plastic scraps, nomally don’t exceed 3 times, and avoid the plastic material stay too long time in the feed pipe.
