*Tube part, in polycarbonate, milky color. To match the assembly diameterΦ14.98 of part A, the inner diameter tolerance of the milky white pipe should be controlled within 0+~ 0.3

For assembly reason: Generally, the shaft size should be smaller, and the hole size should be larger
Φ15 is actually made Φ14.98 on the part, while hole diameter Φ6 is actually made Φ6.1
*A little cone shape (not flat) at arrow indicated surfaces is ok to simplify machining procedures(not need to use drill bit to 'tread' the cone shape to flat), both bottom surfaces are flat at last.
*Tube parts are made from transparent PC material (Sabic PC 1000R) + white pigment + diffusion powder
A kind of glue for PC which is based on a polar solvent is used to connect PC tube and the steel parts, the steel part is fine with the glue for assembly, PC tubes should not crack when it is treated with polar solvent based glue.
